The UEFA European Women's Under-17 Championship finals qualifying rounds consist of two stages - the first with ten groups, with the winners progressing along with the six runners-up with the best record against the first and third-placed teams, and the second with four pools, the top nations progressing to the finals. If teams are level on points, they are split by (a) points gained in group matches between the teams in question (b) goals scored in group matches between the teams (c) overall goal difference (d) overall goals scored (e) drawing of lots. If two teams are dead level before they meet in their last group fixtures and draw, a penalty shoot-out will instead be held should qualification be at stake.
